How these numbers are computed

  • Git commits are counted from .git/logs/HEAD at build time (one line per HEAD update); production Railway builds read from the Prisma Commit table that the pre-push hook syncs on every push.
  • Lines of code walk game/ for .cs files (skipping obj/bin/FNA/) and web-blog/src + web-shipyard/{app,components,lib} for .ts/.tsx/.css. Native Node walks — no shell-outs.
  • Design / Code decisions are entries parsed from DOC/DESIGN-LOG.md and DOC/CODE-LOG.md — every entry caps Decision/Why at four sentences and carries a Visual Proof screenshot.
  • Screenshots archive recurses screenshots/ at repo root; footprint is a humanised byte sum.
  • 30-day commit activity groups commits by UTC day; bin colour scales 0 / 1–10 / 11–50 / 50+.
